Tessie gives her classic Yoga Sculpt technique a Pilates twist. You'll combine Vinyasa sequencing with strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls - in addition to slow and controlled pilates-based movements. For a more advanced session, this cardio-based yoga class can be further intensified with optional free weights.
