This traditional hatha will begin with a grounding breath exercise, and a floor series focused on deepening and opening up to get the day started feeling loose. Slowly working up towards a standing series focusing on dancers pose, the energizing series will include sun salutations and slow vinyasas, focusing on alignment and linking breath with movement. Suitable for all levels!
